Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, house cleaning, handyman, and related home services throughout Southwest Florida. Service availability may vary by location and season.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on the information shared by the customer and, when applicable, an on-site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, scope, or access differ from the original request. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. Weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen events may require rescheduling.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Disclose hazards, pets, irrigation, or fragile items in advance
• Ensure water and electricity are available when required
• Provide accurate contact and address information

7. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

8. Liability

We are licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions outside of our control.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful content. All website content is the property of SUNSCAPE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC and may not be reused without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any updated Terms.
